    Seems Tiger Air has started flights from Cebu to Singapore. Anyone have experience with this airline?

    Going to give them a try..prices seem very low. Plan to stay a 3 day week end.

    Any suggestions on moderate priced hotels, or that special hotel..only a few seasoned sojourners know; travel from the airport, fees etc; do's and dont's.

    Any guidance will be appreciated.

    We all know about the best laid plans..
