    Anyone who wants to check out a school, As a retired school administrator, I suggest that you always check the number of students assigned to one teacher. Many of the public schools assign 60 to 70 students to one teacher. An ideal number is 24 students to one teacher.

    Here in Dumaguete the max is 40 but all classes have a teachers Aide and sometimes 2
