⌛ Silliman Run 2011 : Run To Educate

This years Silliman Run will be brought home through the efforts of Silliman Alumni Association Inc. (SAAI) President Judge Crescencio Tan Jr. and Executive Secretary Ms. Yolanda Maxino.

Last years Silliman Run was held at The Terraces, Ayala Center Cebu, hosted by the Silliman University Cebu Alumni Association Inc (SUCEBU) and Partnered with Ayala Center Cebu, RGMA, Gatorade, Fitness First and SMC.

The 110th Founding Anniversary of Silliman University will see the opening salvo "Silliman Run 2011 - Run to educate" on August 7, 5:30am at the Hibbard Avenue, where exercises and awards ceremony will also be held.

There will be 1.1K, 5.5K and 11K open categories. Some 3,000 students from Silliman and other Schools will be joining together with the rest of Dumaguete's business communities and local government representations.

Registration is open at the Silliman Alumni Office. Registration fee of P300 for 1.1K/5.5K and P350 for 11K will give you a chance to win medals (gold, silver, bronze) and cash prizes. Commemorative pins for top 200 and every participant to receive a singlet, race bib, certificate, guideline, route map, food and drinks.

Sponsors and donors are still accepted. Their support will have corresponding media value which will give them the whole month of August for exposure and the privilege of supporting the Silliman Scholarship Program.
