I was not sure whether to post this item as it was I felt it a little negative toward us Foreigners but then I thought Hold on, this is how positively it can be shown to the locals that the outrageous and in this case a low life Foreign Scoundrel has been and others will be dealt with. The Majority of all foreigners are decent people and it is right and Proper to see that those who can't or wont play the game to the rules do not always get away with it. Lets hope that our local people here in Dumaguete appreciate that we too do not condone or accept this type of Behaviour. Well done Dumaguete Halls of Justice. and the Judge in Question.
