Smart Bro allowable usage policy

Well they did "something" to my internet this morning because I had 1.96 download speed. highest Ive ever had. Probably wont last through the day.

I would be glad to complain as a group, but complain to whom?

IMHO the problem is they have just oversold their system and instead of adding new servers they simply throw the blame on the customer. That way they reduce usage and continue on their merry way.

do you know of any other country thats having this problem other than the Phils?

That didn't take long. In just a few hours (of non use) had it shut off. I went from 1.97 to 0.39.

This is why I am EXTREMELY reluctant to sign a contract for anything here. Contracts are a joke, and on top of it they think they can change them at any time. Oh, and the kicker is that try to get any recourse! O-|

I am on a pay-per-load basis with Smart Bro, yes it costs a little more, but I can quit at ANY time!

 

I agree, we didn't sign anything, only answered the phone and said yes continue service. Now screwed
