Yes OXMOX in Valencia has changed hands to Koreans and they now have a Korean selection on the menu and we have been there a couple of times to try and the food of very good quality and price and was told yesterday while there that the Korean selection on the menu would be expanding more soon, also the dessert menu has changed also to a bigger selection
The Osam-bulgogi (spicy squid) in Soban is good. Service is great. We ate there for lunch when we visited Dumaguete. We wanted to try their samgyupsal but I think its expensive (600php). Other Korean restos on other province can offer this for 330 unlimited.
