Not many options in Dumaguete for late night stuff but anyone is free to join. I'm usually at Why not on Tuesdays and Fridays (or Saturdays) and sit at the table on the right when you first walk in. I'm the anti-social looking guy with numbers tattooed on his leg with his head buried in his cell phone.....or nearby playing billiards. (FYI: I will put my phone away if someone starts talking to me. I intentionally look disinterested in social interactions because....well, if you've spent any time in Why Not during tourist season you don't need me to explain it. ) FYI: I have nothing against tourists. I hope they have the time of their lives here and I completely understand why they act the way they do.....but my gf is almost always with me and 9 times out of 10 my participation in a conversation a tourist wants to have is going to get me in quite a bit of trouble later on.
