I'm not sure why the s8ster didn't file a case but I know the Government paid the funeral expenses.

I was wondering if this is true because when I had a clerical job in 1984, criminal files started like
"PP(people of the Phils.) vs. ---(person's name)".
I just learned about the 2011 revision of the Criminal Investigation Manual which states that parricide falls under "Crimes against persons".

    I don't know.
This is clearly Bath Salts... it's all the rage down in Florida... Although, I asked my crew in Banilad and they had never heard of such a thing..

What about the rights of the dead person? So if you find someone who has no known relatives, feel free to kill them? Make no sense, unless the issue here is they can't prove he did it. You're saying a crime is only a crime is someone presses charges?

The dead are perfectly within their right to press charges if they so choose.

No. It's still a crime even if no charges are pressed. It's just that nobody will be convicted of the crime.

Someone without at least a living cousin in the Philippines. lol Yeah....ok. Good luck with finding that person.

Why not? I think it makes sense. As a society they just don't care about the same things you do.
