    The one thing my Doc in Oz stressed to me was; "Eat all the fresh veggies BUT AVOID THE RICE!" o.O

    I noticed myself getting fatter again after Wifey started forcing second/third helpings on my plate, she gets offended if I do not eat all she makes but I have had to put my foot down and refuse as the weight will eventually be the death of me!

    I was 148KG's when I landed here in 2014 and dropped down to 122KG's but I can feel it piling back on with my legs and feet swelling badly of late, so time to be firm and dish up my own food I think... :/

    I put the weight loss down to a change in what I eat compared to the crap I ate in Oz, I eat everything Filipino eat here much to their surprise, but in my opinion they cook FAR TOO MUCH each meal time :/
