Good point Jack, might be a relative. Might be the guy who takes him fishing / diving.

The houseboats (there are two) appear to be "parked on the beach" because of the especially low tide. For many days before they were offshore. The gov't will harrass badjao, stateless "sea gypsies" when they annoy, as by begging on Dumaguete Boulevard. I use the beach within sight of these, but am more annoyed by landlubbers burning trash.

    Yep, there are two now.
Two on the beach.JPG I notice they have some kind of hinged outrigger they put down to the ground so they don't tip over. Good thing they only 'appear' to be parked on the beach. I wonder how the fishing is when they park like that. I mean the boat clearly says "for fishing use only" if you zoom in close. Perhaps there are more coming as its a big beach and they seem to like it there.

Looks like the Filipino version of an RV.

I believe I've seen those boats before. Did they wear out their welcome in Bayawan?

I dont know if it is pissing someone (foreigners?) off but the green slime growing on that beach says there is a lot of e-coli in the water.. someone is pissing (among other things) somewhere for sure.. check up that stream if you want to know who, where and what..
