    Sir or madam, if I read your comments correctly, I want to say you are wrong on several items. I am currently applying for a military Extended Courtesy Visa. I am Australian and never was a Filipino Citizen...and yes, you most definatly need a "pension", the equivilent of $1000.00 US each and every month to qualify for the extended courtesy SSRV. I stand corrected if I misread your post.

    Yes AussieBob (I am Sir), I think you made this post before you saw my correction. I double checked the reference and told the forum that proof of $1k per month was required. Sorry for any inconvenience my original mistake may have caused anybody! Having said that, the$1K month should not be a barrier to a majority of applicants although it could be a problem for USA vets who have minimum social security payments and no military pension.
