Despite criticism from Trump, President Zelenskyy has stood firm with his people, when many others would of been on the first plane out their country in such circumstances, especially when invaded by a nation conceived to be so powerful. Ukraine has endured over four years of war with Russia and every week the death toll rises on both sides, sanctions were imposed to try to bring the conflict to an end. Nations agreed to these means to avoid a all out war developing in Europe. While the citizens of Ukraine are under such hardships on a daily basis, its embarrassing to hear of leaders of countries not directly involved, complain of shortages and the cost of fuel as a result of sanctions imposed to try to bring this conflict to an end. What's happening on the doorstep of Europe and elsewhere, as in the Middle East, should be measured in the loss of life, not the price of Diesel.
