We went to Bo's on Sunday for the first time ever and we walked straight out because there was no cake on offer for our occasion. Everyone there was sitting around with a plastic cup and looking sad at their phones.
I sometimes get Mocha coffee beans sent from a friend in Yemen, take to the market and have them ground.. then they get the French Press.....hot and black and delicious..
NO CAKE! wtf, I would report that to the Mayor but make a stop on the way at Sans Rival Cakes and Pastries then when my blood sugar is okay again I will drop the trip to the mayor
The coffee @Sans Rival is consumable but contrary to their coffee their cakes and pastries cannot be beaten by Starbucks or Bo or.....!
Starbucks will no doubt be busy and successful. It has one great advantage.....if you go to Starbucks you can take a selfie with your coffee showing the Starbucks logo. Then you can post it on Facebook or some other social media drivel, thereby showing the world how cool, international, successful and progressive you are. The fact that it sells overpriced mediocre coffee is entirely irrelevant.
WTF, you think I'm a cake lover? It was for a 12yo niece birthday celebration. Anyway we did end up stopping at Sans Rivals and they even did a happy birthday sing along. What!! you don't like happy birthday singalongs now?
