    12 years stroke survival. Still keeping on; however, damage worsens with aging. Nevertheless, I get to the gym every other day (had to cutback from daily) and do a short walk along the water opposite days. My helper drives and assists with both. If I go to the mall, I need to use my wheel chair. I will be 83 in January so beating the odds. Blessed with a great wife and son who give me reason to keep it going.
    Please mind your health. Serious strokes are catastrophic.
