    What I find especially humorous here is the no smoking rule.. almost only enforced on the boulevard with all the trucks and buss's and worn out junk. Very laudable of the city council but I guess they for got the part that probably 50% of Dumaguete households cook on wood or charcoal..

    Yes, obviously by not adding an ingredient it affected the crust and sauce.

    I agree, the PI is not for everyone; especially those sporting the rose colored glasses.

    According to the dictionary the meaning of STUPID is having or showing a great lack of intelligence or common sense. In my 15 years of living in the Philippines I see it every time I leave the house.
