Checkpoint on the beach here in Bacong too this afternoon, and the police visit and told the guys in the checkpoint to be strict. Same will be tomorrow, I know 100% because I store their sign so they don't need to bring it forth and back. As soon the checkpoint was abolished all back to normal, find it a little funny to watch

Yes, you can go swimming, I live on the beach and people go swimming here, I assume you are not in quarantine. Kids playing on the beach even the need to stay home, tanods tell them to go home but in a nice way, important they live in the barangay, it's not good if you are in quarantine and leave the barangay, but that was not your question. Farmers and fishermen have permission to conduct their profession and as far as I know, the fish don't have corona lol
