Swimming lessons just started a few days ago at the sports complex behind the capital. They seem to have classes for all age groups and proficiency levels. My gang was there last year and are back again this year. The kids love it. If you go and ask at the complex you can probably get your child in. They don't seem to be too strict about late enrollment. The classes run daily for about 3 weeks and a second class will be starting next month.

Swimming is a basic life skill and everyone should have at least the fundamentals. It is a shame that in this island nation that depends on ferries for transportation so many people can't swim.
