    Well I don't know about you lot, but i had a Rubber boat in the 1950's. just Goes to show how far behind the PI really is. If it was reported they had a 6 Engined 3000 Hp RIB like the smugglers have in Spain then I would not be writing this but.............. http://www.visayandailystar.com/2014/October/29/negor2.htm ........ a rubber boat.     Will probably end up like the 5 bantay dagat boat they had delivered a few yrs ago, parked under a tree on the beach, I asked why they do not use them. Answer, cannot afford the fuel!
