    Celebrated in Bayawan, this Festival celebrates the Scare-Crows that saved crops from Crows. Beauty Pageant, Dancing in Costume and the usual competitions. It has been on the down-low since Covid so no idea if it is back to norm. Did some filming of the Tawo Tawo Festival back around 2008 and it was a larger event that I expected and a pleasant entire day experience.
