I bought my wife a bike at Du Ek Sam Honda nearly 3 years ago, received the sticker about a year later but still no plate. They said I have to go to LTO in Bais to get the plate. Each time we call LTO Bais we get, "no plates sir". Bought the next bike at Yamaha and received sticker and plate soon thereafter.

Where as Duek Sam chooses for the LTO in Bais (for any reason), Yamaha supposedly deal with the LTO in Dumaguete I guess.
Have same experience now. Buy a Yamaha and within reasonable time everything is done but for my almost one year old Honda still have a long way to go reading Pato's story.
