    How much did that "sting operation" cost the government? And no, it was only P150, the police used a P50 bill to place a bet in the bust operation. This is just a huge waste of police resources, especially considering the more serious issues facing the region at the moment.

    Isn't poker illegal if not sanctioned by PAGCOR? I could have sworn there are two places running such operations on the boulevard.....and I believe that one, or possibly both, of the owner's last names is Teves (or was close relation). Strange that poker was never mentioned in the article, only "small town lotteries (STL)"...whatever that is.
