Does anyone know where I can find tobacco or hookah for a pipe not already rolled into a cigarette? I find pipes all over the place but no one can point me in the right direction for tobacco.
Most public markets have full dried tobacco leaves somewhere in the back. I havn't looked, but I think Dumaguete market would also..
The Wednesday market about 22 KM post marker south of Dumaguete has tobacco dried leaves. I am sure if you ask at the local public market you can find it.
