The tourist office is about as useful as the globe customer service. where should that almost 90% increase come from. 2013 saw a decrease in flights to Dumaguete (Cebu Pacific installed new flights in 2012 and cancelled them partially beginning 2013, a decrease of ferries (weesam, 2Go) to Dumaguete and I doubt people swimming here.
Naturally, this is due in no small part to Dumaguete being a city of serenity nestling in a sea of tranquillity, and the province epitomises the very essence of public health and hygiene. and nothing to do with the fact that everyone knows the girls there will open their legs for peanuts.
