    the locals in these parts say we're having a wet year

    we're 5 k south of valencia at 1200ft elv and i recorded 3.8 inches for the thursdays (27 nov) rain storm and 3.6'' for that fantastic thunderstorm a couple of week back. both rains were several inches more than any reading i've taken at this location since april 2012.

    so far, november holds the rainfall record for 2014
