Tropical Storm - Samar

i'm about 1km north of the sibulan port and i recorded .31'' for that rain.
so far this month, i've recorded 11 sibulan rains for a total of 1.97''

dave and i have been talking rain for several years and during that time, i've lived in upper bacong, valencia, zambo and now sibulan and dave usually records considerable stronger rains than i've recorded; i'd say he's in a wet spot.

prior to the above, i also lived in saiton for a period and was making weekly duma trips and i noticed the rains diminished the farther south you get.
