This is a copy and paste from an e-mail I just received from John Domingo. Ron Dear Fellow Americans, The US Consular Agency will be on limited services between May 13 through June 8. The Agency will be opened for ACS related questions, adult passport renewals, passport extra pages and release of return passports and CRBA. We will be opened on May 17 and 18 and on May 24 and 25 for full services. We will resume our regular schedule for full services on June 11. Ron, I wonder if Mr. Domingo and the American Embassy would consider assigning an Embassy Marshall in Dumaguete. As you may know, the UK has one here in Sir Roger and I have heard it has been helpful for many.
Not sure if I want to be a Marshall, but I talked to John today about an American that died last Sunday and a friend going tomorrow to get his son U.S citizenship. Ron
