Problem here in my Mind is that this is what the insurgents want, PANIC Running around like chickens without heads makes an easy Target , Worry by all means and be Vigilant but to panic at this stage can lead to problems later, I for one am so sorry to hear all this But........ let those that can, do their Job & it will pass (I am convinced)

Couples who are getting married should be forced to have a DNA test first to ensure they are not cousins amid growing concern about incest within Pakistani communities, Britain's first Asian peer has claimed.

Baroness Flather, a former Tory who now sits as a cross-bencher, said in the House of Lords that it is "absolutely appalling" that first cousin marriages in Pakistani communities are leading to "so much disability among children".

More than 700 children are born with genetic diseases every year as a result of cousin marriages, an investigation has found.

The problem is worst among children born in Britain's Pakistani community, where more than half of marriages are between first cousins, and children are 10 times more likely than the general population to suffer genetic disorders.

The medical risks of first cousin marriages include higher rates of infant mortality, birth defects, learning difficulties, blindness, hearing problems and metabolic disorders.

Although British parents of Pakistani origin account for 3.4 per cent of all births nationwide, they also account for around 30 per cent of children born with recessive gene disorders.

While only 15 per cent of the population in Bradford is of Pakistani origin, an estimated 55 per cent are married to their first cousins.

A Kuwaiti man suspected to be a member of the Islamic State group was Friday deported by the Philippines to face charges at home, a justice department official said.

Hussein Al-Dhafiri, one of the two suspected IS members arrested in the Philippines last month, was flown out of the country to Kuwait, undersecretary Erickson Balmes said.

A statement from the Kuwaiti embassy said Dhafiri was due to be tried in his home country.

"Evidence obtained by Kuwait's state security agencies also showed that he is planning to carry out terroristic attacks in the State of Kuwait," the statement said.

Dhafiri was arrested along with a Syrian woman Rahaf Zina, also named as a member of the jihadist group.

Zina and Dhafiri married after her high-ranking IS commander husband was killed in Syria, said Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre.

He earlier said the pair had entered the country as part of plans for "a bombing operation" in the Philippines or Kuwait.

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has warned that IS members might make their way into the country by infiltrating its Muslim communities, concentrated in the south of the largely Catholic country.

The Philippines has been battling with Muslim extremist groups for years in the remote southern region, some of whom have since pledged allegiance to IS.

From a relative of my wife I heard that ASG was fighting against NPA in the mountains of St. Catalina and Bayawan. There is no proof for these but it can not be denied also. I'm wondering what ASG is wanting or attempting in that location.

There were three choppers that flew past San Miguel at three p.m. and moving pretty fast. They were headed south towards Siaton.
I don't think it's all over, at least not yet. They looked like Hueys but not nearly as noisy.

Well, given Du30's M.O. with the war on drugs, I think your method would be found perfectly suitable here. In fact, I'm surprised Du30 hasn't pushed in that direction with the Muslim radical movements.
