    Anything out of Filipinos mouth or but has more weight than scientific evidence. I hope the marine has enough sense to get a second private DNA test. I would think the US Govt would do that under the circumstance of dealing with a corrupt government justice system.
    A few years back, the Philippines was number 2 in immigration fraud when dealing with the US Dept of Immigration. Seems like a lot of kids, not particularly actually the lady's kids were tagged onto the immigrating lady by sisters, neighbors etc.
