In most cases what persons deem as a heat rash is actually a fungus. Get some Canesten or Clotrimazole cream. Apply lightly twice a day until it is gone and than apply for 2 more days. I would bet it's the fix. Be confident that it is not shingles and stop usage if worsens.

Recently they closed some nightclubs and bars in Seoul because there was a super spreader.
"29-year-old man who tested positive for the virus after visiting five nightclubs and bars in the commercial district.
Overall, at least 54 cases have been linked to that outbreak including 43 nightclub patrons and another 11 people acquainted with the club goers. In response, Seoul closed bars and nightclubs this weekend as authorities worked to contain the outbreak."

Politically speaking the South Koreans went about this through a popular election. This is why the population accepts these tactics that any other population would see as the government exerting more control. The quest for more control was through a popular election.
“The government has failed, and the people have lost their trust,” declared Moon Jae-in, the head of the opposition party during the MERS outbreak. The public approved of both the sentiment and its source. Two years later, Moon was elected president of South Korea.
The same thing will happen in the USA. Because the cost in Trillions will simply outweigh the cost of a little less freedom during a epidemic/pandemic.

Don't get me wrong, by all means I'm not advocating keeping everybody at home, especially not in the current situation here (no proven cases, not even suspected cases as far as I know).
General quarantine was justified in the beginning when nobody knew how fast it would spread and where it already was, but after several weeks with closed borders I think it's time to accept that there's no covid19 going around in Negros Oriental because if it would, at least some people would show up with symptoms.
I am actually afraid officials on all levels here are simply reluctant to give up their new powers of telling people when and where they can go, and when they should stay at home.-

I agree, there are people whose job it is to put themselves at risk and they cannot easily opt out.
Not currently true however here in our province, where, as long as they keep borders/ports closed, there really is low to zero risk of the virus appearing out of thin air.
After so many weeks without any new cases here it should really be considered to let the borders closed but allow locals free movement again, including opening shops of all kinds, restaurants, beaches, resorts and whatever to at least allow some local business and tourism to resume.-

My wife works at the local hospital, everyday she attends her imployment, like thousands of other Hospital staff or Care workers, they realise they have a higher risk of catching the virus.
They also run the risk of bringing the virus home to their love ones.
It may not appear to be a serious situation at present in your area or indeed in Philippines, please don't mis-under estimate this virus, it could kill more people than World War two did.
We had news last night of a local Filipina Care worker who has died in a Intensive Care Unit and our friends from nearby have both registered positive ( both hospital workers ) for the virus.
I realise that many people choose to ignore medical advice for other health issues as stated but this is the unseen enemy. Uh Oh......Over 30,000 have died so far in UK-

Having read through briefly I deduce that a number of people object to having their "Freedom" restricted, well whether you are prepared to or not to waiver your rights to medical care, in the event of catching the virus, consider this....if you have slight symtoms or if you become seriously ill, by the time it becomes apparent, you may well of given the virus to as many as 20 or more people! They might not be so lucky to survive.
To put it another way, if you were living with HIV or Aids, would you continue to have unprotected sex, with unsuspecting partners ?......Just a thought. JB-
