    Unscheduled power interruption today, April 9, which affected Feeder 2 of Bagacay Substation. Feeder 2 tripped first at 3:22AM–3:40AM the cause was transient. It tripped a second time at 5:12AM–6:20AM caused by a broken primary jumper near a warehouse in Angatan, Dumaguete City.
