You may have to make your own tonic water. You refer to this as a hobby. You might like making your own.
My grandfather learned to make his own gin when he was assigned overseas. He called it bathtub gin which was a popular term at the time.
Actually he did not distill it. He would purchase vodka which was readily available and make gin from that.

.... it is possible to make gin simply by ‘steeping’ the plants, herbs or spices you want to use in the base spirit. Which means it is very possible to make your own gin at home, using vodka!
We carry Fever Tree Indian TonicWater, it's a bit more of a premium mixer then Schweppes. Also their Ginger Beer, both get rave reviews and could be better than just a substitute.
