You may have to make your own tonic water. You refer to this as a hobby. You might like making your own.

My grandfather learned to make his own gin when he was assigned overseas. He called it bathtub gin which was a popular term at the time.

Actually he did not distill it. He would purchase vodka which was readily available and make gin from that.

How to make gin from vodka:
.... it is possible to make gin simply by ‘steeping’ the plants, herbs or spices you want to use in the base spirit. Which means it is very possible to make your own gin at home, using vodka!

We carry Fever Tree Indian TonicWater, it's a bit more of a premium mixer then Schweppes. Also their Ginger Beer, both get rave reviews and could be better than just a substitute.

Still nothing on shelves yesterday but crisis over for now, just got 48 cans delivered from Lazada albeit 7 damaged but not leaking.
If Lazada can bring tonic whats the problem for Robinsons and Hyper.

Glad to hear the "crisis" has been averted for now. Maybe you can bring back some more when you go to Cebu. I here that S&R in Cebu is a good place to shop. (I miss the big box stores.)

We've run into "Dumaguete; City of Out-Of-Stock" so many times, we've started doing laz and shopee much more than before, scary for Duma's economy. Also a couple times we figured out the distributor for stuff in Manila and called direct, they will ship to their previous customer in Duma. But shipping is a b*tch...
