My partner is a retired US navy and has a tricare insurance since he's a beneficiary. He was always brought to the hospital due to his COPD. Im really having hard time getting paid with his insurance coz until now he still don't get reimbursed. Does anyone here knows or tried getting reimbursed by tricare. We're really out of money. Please help.
Some hospitals in Dumaguete are Tricare certified (e.g., Silliman). Did your partner receive medical care by a Tricare certified provider? If yes, he should be reimbursed (after factoring in deductibles & co-pays). If your partner did not get reimbursed in a timely manner did he email, or phone, Global24 to discuss his claims? While not part of your post, when possible I receive my medical care at an "approved" Tricare medical facility (e.g., Makati Medical Center) because approved providers bill Tricare directly for payment. I still must pay my deductible & co-pays, but at least I do not have to fight with Tricare to get my money back!
Have you tried contacting the Retired Activities Office (RAO) in Cebu for assistance website: Home Frodo is correct and the RAO may be able to assist in filing paperwork and reimbursement etc... plus many other questions.
