1. have bank send to friend and then ups or fed ex to you... although I am sure you already have thought of that
2. numerous services will give you a U.S address and then forward mail and packages to you for a fee
3. open local bank account (both dollar and peso so you can convert at your discretion) and transfer funds to it from your U.S bank (many transfer services to choose from) then use the debit card from local bank. Local bank accounts are really handy for paying phone,internet and other bills online.
