I had a guy who worked for me do the Fiance Visa way and they were married in the U.S. within 7 months. But he did have some help(His Commanding Officer back in the day was a guy named Oliver North.....you may have heard of him).I suggested this to my then fiance. She declined, her reasoning?.....she wanted to make sure the marriage was "legal".....so here our situation has languished
