⌛ USGS:Quake-negros philippines

So USGS site :earthquakes past 7 days in the world;list off shore bayawan side of Negros had a 5.1 quake preceeded by 4.7 and followed by 4.5,,,I'm not there right now but wonder if it was noticed inland or reported there? Any broken dishes??? 5. quakes in hawaii only break glass if nearby epicenter.....1st negros quake on the list in years where panay had one recently off bacolod.. And samar and mindanao have been most quake active offshore philippines....Be back soon to ride em out in person....Surf is on in hawaii.....

 

So the earthquake was at 1:40am this morning?

Me plenty sleepy, not feel anything, did anyone feel the Earth move last night?

 

It did for me but it was about two hours earlier :D

 

I felt it, was still up, but not very strong.
Being from California (a long time ago) no big deal.

Maybe related to the 7.3 (?) off the coast of Japan yesterday...had some tsunami warnings here in California, but those fizzled out quickly.

so there was really an earthquake? i thought i had only imagined it as i was in a half-awake, half-asleep state. heard the dogs howling, though...

 

eh i stay hawaii too on oahu.

 

My wife felt it .

 

At 119 km (74 miles) W (278°) from Dumaguete, Negros, Philippines, I doubt anyone in the Dumaguete area would feel it as it was centered too far away.
