    I found out when you file a claim with the VA you have to add a separate form if you have dependants including a marriage certificate and child’s birth certificate, if applicable. Else when you get paid it is as single with no dependants.
    As Film Guy posted, the VA will be in Manila March 20 with other US citizen services
