    The procedure on E benefits now requires a marriage license for wife and birth certificate for child in order to complete process... as of today they still have not added my wife... will call them tonight to followup

    Yes I should have added to my post my info was as of July 2016. Also, I don't remember if I did it on eBenefits or followed the link to the DEERS site and updated there.

    Update... after talking to the VA rep it was recommended that I reapply for my wife's dependency and upon doing that I realized that I had not filled in the prior marriage information resulting in this delay.... arrgghh all my fault it appears :( but it is now rectified and I will update results when they happen
