Very unlikely. My asawa was at the Macias center on tuesday, there was a line of at least half a day's length there, and she got told there was only Astrazeneca available. Any 5 mins in and out vaccination can almost by definition not have been accomplished anywhere in this country. The poster's profile gives his location as Basay (other side of the island, close to Bayawan). If he's not there anymore (more likely) then he's probably in Kuwait (or planning to travel there).
Err... no. I have been to the Macias center twice. Both times in the afternoon and was done within 5 minutes. The first time I was turned away at the time of getting the jab because it was not yet 6 months since my last jab. I went to the Macias center on Thursday at approximately 1:30 pm. I chose the Pfizer vaccine for a booster and was done in less than 5 minutes. I sat around for a while longer thinking I should in case there were any immediate side effects. After 5 more minutes I decided to leave. The booster and 2nd dose process is a little shorter than the first dose process. Booster and 2nd dose can skip the sign-up desk for the people getting their first dose. You only need to fill out the form about allergies and meet with the doctor for approval. Then get your shot. At 1:30 pm there was not a line for anything 1st dose or otherwise. When I actually got the jab there were 4 stations to administer the jab and I was the only one being served. On Thursday they already knew about the new 3 month since last jab policy. I had been turned away a couple of days previously because I had not reached my 6 months. Maybe your asawa showed up early in the morning?
Errr... No. They are not open Christmas Eve. They are open next week, Monday the 27th. Here is the FB post: Please bring the following: - Government-issued ID - Vaccination Card (for those getting booster doses) - Ballpen
My family is in Basay, but I live and work in Kuwait. I did start my post off with "Kuwait" but maybe there's a place in the Philippines with that name. Who knows?

One might think that by now, Dumaguete/Negor would have a central website that would daily update which jabs are available & where, and one could make reservation right on it for the preferred/needed brand of vax, 1st 2nd or booster. But No, info continues to be rare, special contacts needed or calling to govmt offices just hoping a helpful person might answer, or driving to places to check it in-person, usually in vain :-(
