They spend so much time at the church , but they dont understand Christianity
The apartment is in Liptong. We are due south of valencia, about 2 clicks from plaza church. Water here is actually from a spring high up in the mountain and is actually drinkable. Thanks for your help with the ad Dustin.

d*mn....I have been deployed out in the deserts of the Persian Gulf and we never had any problems with water supply. I guess, they have abundant water resources here, but, they just do not have the proper skill sets to build a good water supply system, piping network and storage facilities.

Yeah, I have no problem with that and I'm quite used to it. This no water for weeks on end is complete BS. It's really not even the lack of water either. If I wanted to live like a local and take baths out of buckets I would pay rent like a local.

I offered to help the locals here in Liptong with their water.
A large tank on a hill feeds scores of lines which roll down the hill and connect to the small number of houses in the Barangay which use the water directly. They were complaining of poor pressure [ we use a storage tank so avoid the issue of bad pressure] On inspection the large storage tank was almost empty but still water inflowing from a pipe to the river even higher. The solution was simple. install a valve at the storgae tank so it fills, creating weight and thus pressure. And that valve could be regulated. I offered to buy the valve and pay the local plumber to install it. Probably 500 pesos. But my idea was rejected all around by the complaining locals and the captain. Seemed they didn't like my idea nor understand it so I left them to their crappy pressure- Like x 2

Why not build some water storage facility, it costs very little to build a 25 cubic meter storage tank with hollow blocks finished with water proof cement then you have water for best part of a month.

BTW I'm heading to Bayawan today for a couple days to escape this nonsense and have a nice long, and hot, shower.
