Your landlord should know better if she want to keep her tenants, she was married to a Brit for several years!
We have also had issues in bacong due to lack of maintenance of deep well pumps, the one we were origionally now pumps sand into the pipes and blocks everything up so switched supply's to another scorce and all well now. Over the last year we had the pressure tank weld go and the pump go which was the last thing I hope.

I don't think it matters where you go, sooner or latter you will have the same problem.
My advise is go get a garbage pail and fill it when you have water. That will work to flush the CR.
Get two pails and you can have a bath or...
Take your towel and a bar or soap and visit your friends.
Patience, Patience. It'll get done sooner or later.

d*mn....I have been deployed out in the deserts of the Persian Gulf and we never had any problems with water supply. I guess, they have abundant water resources here, but, they just do not have the proper skill sets to build a good water supply system, piping network and storage facilities.

I offered to help the locals here in Liptong with their water.
A large tank on a hill feeds scores of lines which roll down the hill and connect to the small number of houses in the Barangay which use the water directly. They were complaining of poor pressure [ we use a storage tank so avoid the issue of bad pressure] On inspection the large storage tank was almost empty but still water inflowing from a pipe to the river even higher. The solution was simple. install a valve at the storgae tank so it fills, creating weight and thus pressure. And that valve could be regulated. I offered to buy the valve and pay the local plumber to install it. Probably 500 pesos. But my idea was rejected all around by the complaining locals and the captain. Seemed they didn't like my idea nor understand it so I left them to their crappy pressure

They just want to wait until the LGU deals with it. I'm sure they thought you were up to something trying to scam them. It is not normal for someone to just help out because they want to help. No trust in this country.

You have a beautiful apartment BTW. Where exactly is that in Valencia? I'll get the ad posted as soon my electricity/internet comes back on. (Using mobile right now.)

They spend so much time at the church , but they dont understand Christianity
The apartment is in Liptong. We are due south of valencia, about 2 clicks from plaza church. Water here is actually from a spring high up in the mountain and is actually drinkable. Thanks for your help with the ad Dustin.
