    Pat, the pickup was p4080 which included the new region plates which I have my doubts we will not be seeing for some time!

    When my Wife registered our Tricycle last November she foolishly told them she needed it done that day as her Hubby was flying in the next day... Of course it could not be done, but for an extra 1500 pesos they knew a Guy who could process the registration for her that day... What can you do when she tells me that is how it is here so pay up & shut up is the accepted way of life... :/

    It's probably something like the stickers for plates, you get them twelve months after you pay for them if you're lucky!
