I am also taking VCO, i buy it from a local producer here in Valencia you may contact: 09215160500, cost 200pesos 330ml.

I have tried taking it straight but i would prefer taking it with the following;

A teaspoon of VCO on tea or coffee.
Mixed it with Breakfast cereals/pudding.
Mixed it on smoothies.

Results;
Hmmm, i'm 42 but looks 10years younger, bad side i start to like younger boys!!!O-|
Skin looks shiny or glowing even without make up!:o
