Yes. I have done 2 (6 month renewals) at the Dumaguete BI. Not sure if they would do a third but I know they will do 2. I am also not sure if they will do the second one here if the first one was done in Cebu. It would be interesting to find that out as the "in charge" in Duma can be unpredictable at times. I CAN tell you that they told me to be sure and be early because they would not do a 6 month visa if I was even a day late.

Went today to Immigration in Dumaguete, paid all that they asked for...Express, Renewal of Alien Card etc. All done and dusted in 20 minutes, pick up new Visa tomorrow. 100 quid (pounds) was cost....far less hassle than flying in and out etc.

I went Wednesday, April 25th, 2018. They opened a few minutes before 8 am, I was the only customer. My US 30 visa waiver was expiring April 28th. They gave me the option of 2,130 pesos to get my passport May 2nd or 3,130 peso to get it 2 pm the same day. Took less than 5 minutes both to order/pay and pickup. 2 pm about 5 people were waiting but the pickup was a priority over those waiting. I asked the fee for 6-month extension and was told 13,700 but I have to wait until May 13th to be eligible.

Last time I was there for my first (29days) extension after entering the country it went like this : I filled out the form and gave them my passport. Was told to come back the following week for payment. After paying, was told to come back another week later to pick up the passport. If I understood correctly that could have been shortened to 1week and just two visits if I opted for the express lane (and fees). I didn't since it doesn't matter much to me how long this takes. extending the process like that just to make people pay the express fee feels a little bit like extortion

Yesterday I was there to pick it up finally but immediately left again when I saw like 30 people in there. I think I'll simply wait until it's time to get the next extension when the 29 days are up now to save at least one visit...
