I know many meds now require a prescription and cant really falt that do to so many self medicating themselves with little or no knowledge. But went to 3 pharmacies today trying to buy the over the counter Visine or Eye Mo and now have to get a doctor to prescribe it or you can't buy it. Just wondering if this is a ploy to get a prescription kick back for the Doc or total lack of thought for the poor people that use it, but cannot afford 3 or 4 hours and P500 plus the eye drops? What's next sunblock lotion?
I'm not advising you break the law but.....do they really verify prescriptions you give them? (The answer is "no".)
Eye Medication is now the same in the UK Prescription or by a chemist on Duty. I agree with Dustin, I have not in 3 years taken the Actual prescription to the Pharmacy. For me just braze it out and say what you want. If I get a problem I call for the Duty Pharmacist. None there, Report them for Operating a Pharmacy without one. Try "Peoples Pharmacy" opposite Building one at the Market just up from Holy Child, they are pretty good and low cost. JP
