Although I won't be in Duma for at least another year, I do read the rental postings here. I also look at other websites for rentals in Duma, too, and look at the Duma map to try to establish some directional compass in my head. When I arrive and begin my in-processing for my ACR, then that's the time I will begin to actively put out a serious request for your eyes and ears. I've been casually following the thread as I'm still looking for a new place myself without much look yet. Hoping 15k- 2-3bed house (need large living room and if 2 bed large masters bedroom. NOT way out in the boonies. Prefer Valencia but Dumaguete area is fine as well as long as has internet other then globe or smart-bro.
