There are rumours that NewKidInTown (and his asawa) has been seen in town. As far as I know, nobody has seen them already at the Boulevard yet.
Handle him with care, don't make him angry and don't spoil his good mood, the best way to handle him is, as soon as you see him, offer him a cold one, or, if he wants to buy you one, you never know, don't refuse but accept it with a great smile.
Some people say he is not returning back to his homecountry anymore, as long as he meets only gentle people here.
That's why he doesn't want to stay in a hotelroom to long and is he looking for a house for rent.
Of course you could meet him accidently somewhere but better is to send him a PM.
