understood... and i’d be lying if i didn’t admit to having misread the reference to “daily use” as it seemed to me you were considering options at the time.

unfortunately, all over the world it seems, one has to treat everyday as a potential “water emergency”. by the time one realizes it, it may already be too late.

the gravity fed filter choice(s) offer portability, convenience, and very good protection from waterborne illness. perfect for emergency use and optionally (as in my case) daily protection from any potentiality in this regard. plus i haven’t had to order a “gallon” jug in several years (whenever i’m here) or worry about having to lug around water wherever the journey takes me.
