    Elliott Ness is famously portrayed as the person whom brought down Al Capone during prohibition. Unfortunately. this is a myth. He was brought down by Frank Wilson a forensic account whom eventually was able to provide proof of Al Capone's tax evasion. Look at what's happening with Binay and then you can understand that the involvement of politicians in persuing criminal elements in politics is fruitless. They need a seperate entity which is not controlled by politicians to investigate corruption and prosecute. Let's hope that Cayetano is able to bring justice to the Philippines, as he is one of the few that can make the Philippines a better place for its citizens. Sorry. I went off track, but it is relevant.
