If its a wedding planner your after then look no further than the "Bayots" (not my term or expression), I would suggest going to the hair and nail place right next to mang inasal on Real street just down from Handumanan, they will have all the info, when it comes to planning, weddings, birthdays any sort of function.

the only thing i would put my foot down about is the caterer they will try to pawn off old food, they cant get rid of, beware of the fish dishes, shrimps and the other easily spoiled foods, they will mix good rice with the NFA rice, all the usual cut corners business, once they know the long nose is the payer.

dont go crazy spending man, save that cash, the locals are not expecting the dogs bollox as regards food (you could take a local to the best restaurant in philippines, and they wouldnt be happy, they would rather jollibee)
