    DFA has been coming about every 6 months or so, plan on an entire day at the mall. Contact the tourism office, they seem to be the first to know when. The US embassy staff hasn't been here for quite a number of years.

    Sounds Good Larry, I'll have My Wife contact, or go by the Tourism office to see if They have a clue as to when DFA Reps may come back. The DFA'S website doesn't even list Their location in Cebu, but I assume it's inside at one of the Malls just like in Manila.Hopefully They'll be coming back to Duma pretty soon cause that's one less thing I'll have to deal with while We're in Cebu....Thanks again Larry.......still making Salsa right?
